I just ordered my first box. When is my subscription coming?

Good news - your first subscription box will ship to you right away, followed by subsequent shipments every other month! For example, if you ordered on February 15th your first box would ship right away, then your next box would be headed to you on April 15th, then June 15th, etc. Please note that all of our plans auto-renew at the end of the billing period.

I'm ordering as a gift and don't want my box to ship yet. What should I do?

For gifts, we’ve included a “Delay My Shipment” button at checkout. You can simply select which day you want your first box to ship and we’ll take it from there. Please review our shipping information to make sure your gift will arrive when desired.

How will a gift recipient know who their box is from?

All subscription and gift box purchases will have the option to include a gift note at checkout. Please ensure that if you're sending a box to someone else you fill out this section so they know who got them such an awesome present.

Our boxes are like flowers – if they come with no note, the recipient might be stuck wondering who their athletic secret admirer could be!

How do I introduce other athletes to EnduranceBox?

The Refer-An-Athlete program!

Our Refer-An-Athlete program is available to all members. With Refer-An-Athlete, an existing member can send their unique referral link to automatically give their friends or training partners a promo code for $10 USD off their first box. The existing member who sent the link will receive $15 USD in promotional credit with each successful referral!

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Our warehouse ships boxes daily Monday-Friday. If you order before 1 PM EST your box will ship the same day. If you order after 1 PM, it will ship out the next morning. If you order over the weekend, your box will ship on Monday.*

By default, we ship all orders via UPS Ground. Delivery times vary based on where you live but generally are between 2-4 business days once in transit. Since we ship from the Midwest, proximity plays a role in the speed of delivery, meaning the closer you are, the faster your package could arrive!

If Ground shipping is just not fast enough for you, we also offer expedited delivery for $5 per box. Our expedited shipping service is provided through UPS 2-day Air which takes 2 business to deliver once in transit.

*There may be slight delays due to peak holiday rush or unforeseen circumstances, however, 95% of our boxes ship out within 1 business day. We observe all postal service holidays.

What is the shipping cost?

Boxes ship anywhere in the contiguous United States for $4 per box with Ground Shipping. Your order will be shipped from our warehouse within one business day, and the estimated delivery time for ground shipping ranges from 2 to 4 days from that point.

If you need your box faster than that, we also offer expedited 2-day shipping for an additional $5. Boxes still ship within 1 business day from the time you place your order, but ship via UPS 2-day Air.

When shipping to the non-contiguous US (Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii, or US Armed Forces locations), shipping is $6 per box.

How does subscription billing work?

We offer three billing plans with different payment intervals. No matter which plan you choose, a box will ship to you every other month.

The longer the period you pay upfront, the more money you save (and who wouldn’t want to save money?!)

Our payment interval options:

  • Pay as each box ships
  • Pay for 6 months at a time (Save 5%)
  • Pay for 1 year at a time (Save 10%)

Please note that all of our plans auto-renew at the end of the billing period.

What if I want to cancel my subscription?

You always have full control over your subscription through your account on our website. Simply log in, select “My Subscriptions” from the sidebar, view the subscription you want to cancel, and hit the Cancel button.

If you selected a subscription option where you paid for multiple boxes in advance then you will still receive your boxes and your subscription will end at the close of the prepaid term.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. All our payments are processed securely through a world-leading payment system (Stripe) and we never see your Credit Card details.

How do I update my credit card info?

To change or update the credit card that you have on file, log in to your account and select “Payment Methods” from the sidebar. Here you can add, delete or update any information pertaining to your credit card.

How do I update my shipping or billing address?

Login to your account and select “Edit Saved Addresses” from the sidebar. Here you can change your shipping address, billing address, or both.

How do I reset my password?

On the Member login page click “Forgot Password” and you will receive an email prompting you to create a new password.

Be sure to check your Spam/Junk folder as well. Add the email address to your contacts to ensure you never miss an email from us.
